Terms of service

Bookings & Payments

  • This proposal has been tailored specifically for your created for your wedding. All prices are inclusive of GST and are quoted in Australian Dollars.
  • This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • To confirm your booking and secure your event date, we require a non-refundable 10% payment is required, along with your acceptance of these terms + conditions.
  • Bookings are confirmed upon electronic signature of these terms + conditions as well as receipt of an initial non-refundable 10% payment.
  • The deposit is non-refundable. It acknowledges the work completed to date and reserves our services exclusively for your date, preventing us from accepting other bookings.
  • This deposit will be applied toward your total balance
  • Amendments to your quote are subject to the conditions outlined in the ‘Changes to Quote’ section

Payment Terms

  • An initial non-refundable 10% payment is required to confirm your booking along with the acceptance of these terms + conditions.
  • The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to your wedding date, at which point flower orders will be placed on your behalf.
  • Delivery and installation of all items and event designs are conditional upon receipt of full payment.
  • Payments are accepted via direct deposit

Changes to Quote

  • Accepting this quote, you are agreeing to the items and total value as listed.
  • Should you wish to make changes to the items in this quote, we require a minimum of 30 days’ notice before your event date.
  • Changes to your event date and venue can only be made and are handled separately. Please refer to the “Rescheduled & Relocated Events” section.
  • All changes must be submitted in writing to events@tigerspring.com.au

Event Cancellations

  • Should you need to cancel, written noticed must be provided to events@tigerspring.com.au at least 21 days before your event date, prior to full prepayment and flower orders being placed.  
  • Cancellations made within 20 days of the event date will be payable in full, regardless of the circumstance.
  • Cancellations made with more than 20 days’ notice will result in the initial deposit being retained. Any payments made above and beyond the 10% deposit will be refunded in full.
  • Tiger spring reserved the right to cancel this agreement at any time. In such an instance, you will be entitled to a full refund, including the initial deposit.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the contract at any time. In this instance, you are entitled to a full refund (including the initial 10% payment).

 Rescheduled & Relocated Events

  • Any changes to your event date or venue must be communicated in writing to events@tigerspring.com.au
  • We will make every effort to accommodate your new date or venue; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
  • If we are unable to accommodate the change, the initial deposit will be retained and will not be transferable.
  • If we are available on your new date or able to accommodate your venue change, the deposit will be transferred accordingly. A revised contract and updated quote will be issued to reflect the new circumstances, including any seasonal pricing adjustments, delivery costs, or venue specific requirements.

Product Substitution & Availability

  • All flowers are subject to seasonal quality and availability.
  • When working with mother nature, we cannot guarantee availability, exact colours or shades of specific product. Unseasonably warm, wet or cool seasons have a dramatic impact on flower and foliage availability.
  • Regardless of the availability of specific products, we will always honour the agreed colour palette and design aesthetic as outlined in your proposal.
  • Tiger Spring reserves the right to substitute products to ensure the highest quality is delivered. A final consultation will be scheduled to review your design and discuss any alternative options.
  • Vessels may change due to supplier constraints. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value, in keeping with your overall aesthetic  
  • Refunds will not be given for minor changes in flower type or appearance.

Delivery

  • Upon delivery the client assumes full responsibility for the care of all flowers, designs and structures provided.

External hire

  • All hire items remain the property of Tiger Spring and are provided on a hire-only basis unless explicitly purchased by the client.  
  • Please advise your guests that all hired items must not be removed from the venue, otherwise you will be charged the full cost of replacement of each item not returned to us.
  • Lost, broken or damaged hire items will be invoiced to the client at full replacement value.
  • Tiger Spring reserves the right to apply an additional holding fee for hire items and to charge replacement costs for any items that are damaged, lost, or not returned.

 Photography

  • Tiger Spring retains the right to photograph all completed work and to use those images for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, our website, advertising and other publications.  
  • Photos taken by us of your arrangements remain our property and may not be reproduced, copied, or edited by you or any third party without prior written permission.   
  • Any photos provided to us by your photographer will only be used by us for promotion and marketing of our business. Photographer’s credits will only be displayed if requested.
  • We reserve the right to engage an independent photographer to capture our work on the day. These images will be used exclusively for our own marketing purposes.

Installations / Large Designs

  • It is the client’s responsibility to obtain all required permissions from the venue prior to the construction of any hanging, suspended or non-standard floral installations.
  • We cannot be held responsible or liable where work cannot be completed due to a lack of permission or safety at the venue.

Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Your personal details, wedding date, contact information, order information & pricing are held in strict confidence.
  • We will not engage with media representatives or disclose any information unless you give us consent to do so. We kindly ask that you extend the same courtesy and refrain from sharing our pricing or order details without our written permission.  

Extreme Weather Conditions

  • In the event of extreme weather (wind, rain, heat, or cold), the safety of our team and clients will always be our first priority. We will follow all relevant government advice, including directives relating to flooded roads or bushfire evacuations.
  • Tiger Spring cannot be held liable for any impact extreme weather conditions may have on our ability to fulfil our obligations safety.
  • Extreme temperatures and high winds have a dramatic impact on flowers. While we will always strive to deliver the highest standard of work, we cannot accept responsibility for floral damage resulting from weather conditions beyond our control. 

Impact of COVID-19

  • Should we be unable to safely perform our duties as a direct result of COVID-19, we will notify you in writing as soon as possible.
  • Should we be required to quarantine in the lead up to your event date, we will advise you in writing and provide you with our plan of action.

Force Majeure

  • In the event that either party is unable to fulfil their obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control – including acts of God, strikes, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events – neither party shall be held liable for resulting losses or damages. 
  • In the instance the force majeure event results in the cancellation or relocation of the wedding within 30 days of the planned date, and the wedding date is unable to be rescheduled or relocated by mutual agreement as per this Agreement (Rescheduled & Relocated Events), you agree that you will be liable for:
    o    The initial 10% payment; and
    o    The cost of any flowers or materials already purchased by Tiger Spring in preparation for the event.
